Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and labels.
• Returns and exchanges are available for orders within Pakistan. For international orders, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
• Email us at silwearjewels@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
• Once approved, ship the product back to our warehouse.
• Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Refund Process
• Once we receive your item, our team will process your refund within 7 working days.
• Refunds are issued for the full product amount, excluding shipping and handling charges.
• Processing time may vary depending on your payment method.

After Product Has Been Used
We understand that sometimes jewelry may not feel right even after use. In such cases:
• Refunds will be offered at 30% of the sale price.
• Exchanges will be offered at 50% of the sale price.
